General Investment Criteria:

Equity investment of $1-10 million in transactions valued between $5 million and $50 million

Scaleable platform for solid growth (organic and/or through acquisitions)

Competitive and differentiated product/service offering

Strong market position, intellectual property or brand/franchise value

Strong management team

Companies should meet at least one of the following criteria

EBITDA of at least $500,000

Revenues of at least $5 million with ability to increase EBITDA margins above 10%
